J & E Professional Services does not store, access, or transmit raw credit card data. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. When you pay, your card information goes directly to Stripe — it never passes through our servers in a readable form.

If you choose to pay a deposit to confirm your booking, we store a reference to that payment (the payment intent ID) in our system for record-keeping purposes only.
Customer data (name, address, phone, email, service records) is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (a cloud database provider) with TLS encryption in transit and at rest.
Access to the database is restricted to J & E employees with administrative credentials. All administrative access is logged.
Payment card data is stored exclusively by Stripe — we never hold card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes.

Field technicians do not have administrative-level access to the database. They cannot view financial records, aggregate customer data, or access system administration tools.
